PILATES This class is all about precision, control, and mindful movement. Rooted in the principles of Body Control Pilates, the focus is on alignment, core stability, and posture. Helping you move with greater ease, feel stronger, and reduce the risk of injury. Each exercise is thoughtfully designed to be safe, effective and accessible, with options to support you whether you're completely new to Pilates or building on your existing practise. MEET THE FOUNDER
HI, I'M HOLLY.
I'VE BEEN IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR OVER 12 YEARS!
I specialise in one to one personal training in the gym, alongside teaching independent Barre, Pilates, and Zumba classes. My sessions are intentionally small, personalised, and designed to help you move with strength, confidence, and ease. No matter where you’re starting from.
My approach is all about creating a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging space where every body feels seen, supported, and respected. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve mobility, dance it out, or simply feel good in your own skin, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
Before Fitness with Holly, I spent years teaching across the fitness industry from swim teaching adults and children to group exercise classes in local health spas, clubs, and leisure centres. I’ve taught everything from indoor cycling, water workout classes, HIIT, and conditioning classes, working with people of all ages, abilities, and confidence levels.
ALONG THE WAY I REALISED SOMETHING IMPORTANT
I thrive in spaces where fitness feels personal, human, and supportive..not rushed, intimidating, or one size fits all. That’s where I know I have something special to offer.
Becoming a mum to my little boy, has only deepened this belief. Experiencing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery firsthand has reinforced how important it is for fitness to feel supportive, adaptable, and kind. Especially during seasons of change. It’s strengthened my passion for helping people move in ways that honour their bodies, wherever they are on their journey.
Fitness with Holly is independent, unique, and intentionally small. It’s about expert guidance with a personal touch, classes that meet you where you are, and movement that feels good, sustainable, and enjoyable. My goal is to help you move in a way that works for you, now and long-term.
